Hi Daniel, no the book isn’t available on Smashwords (simple fact is no one was buying it from any of the places Smashwords had it listed so it made sense for me to go Kindle only).
I do have it as different files though, mobi. epub. and PDF (although the PDF doesn’t have the cover image).
If you’d really like one of those versions let me know.

Steven, I don’t see a way to purchase the PDF (a la something like Smashwords). Is that an option with you?
