I’ve started a podcast with fellow historical fiction author Matthew Harffy – Rock, Paper, Swords! The Historical Action & Adventure Podcast. We chat about all aspects of writing historical novels, from research to cover design and everything in between. We’ve also had some amazing guests in recent weeks including Erin/Robyn Young, Tim Hodkinson, and the godfather of historical fiction himself, Bernard Cornwell!
We don’t take ourselves too seriously, the show is always fun and we have a good laugh while hopefully also being informative for writers and readers alike. We even chat about rock music at times, hence the title of the podcast, and we recorded the theme song ourselves so give it a listen HERE.
